It has been about six months since a lot in life has changed. I have obviously become older from the time I wrote my last blog post; I have changed cities, jobs, a few friends but thankfully have managed to gain some more knowledge about food, eating habits and local cuisines during my travels. Those who are on Instagram with me would know my journey with food and my absentia from writing.

As I have grown weary with age (I, of course exaggerate), in the beginning of this year I did not make any promises to myself to lose weight, or find love or other run of the mill delusions we fall into each year. The only thing I planned was to continue traveling and making varied food experiences a part of my life which I will try to expand on whenever I get the chance. (and hopefully be able to put out stories of such food journeys on this page!)
